    REFUND POLICY

    Students not accepted by The New Colorado Outdoor Adventure Guide School and students who cancel this contract by notifying the The New Colorado Outdoor Adventure Guide School, LLC, in writing, within three business days of signing this contract are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid. The cancellation letter must be received by the The New Colorado Outdoor Adventure Guide School, L.L.C., 7001 Hwy 65, Po Box 150, Mesa, CO. 81643-0150, within three days of signing this contract.

    The student will receive a full refund of all monies paid toward meals and lodging if the school discontinues a course/program, except that this provision shall not apply in the event the school ceases operation.

    This contract is deemed made at the The New Colorado Colorado Outdoor Adventure Guide School, LLC's place of business in the state of Colorado, county of Mesa, and shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado. Any action brought by either party to enforce any of the terms or conditions of this contract shall be brought only in Mesa County, Colorado. Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate court in such county.

    Students who withdraw after three business days of signing this contract are entitled to no refund.

    In the witness whereof we have hereunto set our hand on the date indicated, the last such date governing the effective date of said contract.
