Our Fly-Fishing School Program is made for the Anglers, By Anglers.

Our program is also cut out for young graduates to explore career opportunities as a fishing guide. Take it as a sport that teaches you the art of being patient, calm, and mindful, keeps you alert, and acts precisely in every sphere of life.

COAGS’s 120-hour Fly-Fishing School Program imparts extensive knowledge about fly-fishing responsibilities, Horsemanship, and packing, getting you acquainted with fishing equipment, the basics of rivers and streams or water bodies (the fishing venues), and how to set up an exciting fishing trip.

The exciting part remains that we will take you on exciting guided fishing trips in the water bodies on and around the streams adjacent to ROCKY Mountain. These sessions will give you first-hand, real-time exposure to the following areas

  • Fly casting techniques
  • How to do a fly-fishing knot
  • How to handle your gear and be proficient.
  • Study of aquatic insects
  • Correct fly selection
  • How to read water and the water currents
  • How to play and safely land your catch.

The COAGS program is a new learning experience with many hands-on exercises that help you understand Mother Nature and her contribution to our lives. Once you qualify at the end of the program, you have the best opportunities to start your solo business as a guide and be more sensible and responsible towards nature and the environment.
